EFCC versus SAN: Something Fundamental has been touched here!!

0 355

The EFCC took Ricky Tarfa SAN to the court for obstruction of Justice. I really laughed when I saw this. If you have been reading this blog, I have always complained of our kobo-kobo judiciary.  I don’t need anyone to school me about this “phony rule of law” that only makes sense when a rich man is involved. I don’t need any lecture on court process in a peculiar country like ours.

I need to tell Ricky Tarfa SAN that he needs to prove that he is innocent in this case. He is guilty until proven innocence nomatter how he wants to spin this. He can call 1000 SANs to follow him to court, but he is guilty unless he can prove his innocence.

We live in a country where Judges have their lawyers. Infact if you are rich enough, you would easily know the particular lawyer to call once the name of the Judge is known. With that Lawyer, you can never lose. We live in a peculiar environment where Judges want to be multimillionaires. They want to be like Dangote and Otedola while being Judges. What do you expect?

With your money, you would know the Judge in Kaduna who is the paddy-man of the Justice handling your case in Lagos. You can even get  a judge of the higher court to “talk” to the Judge of the lower court in charge of the case you are interested in. You are rest assured of Victory I tell you.

Ricky Tarfa should save himself the story. We all know what he knows. For Nigeria Judiciary, what you need is money, loads of it. Once you’ve got it, the judicial system is at your mercy. If the man(Judge) is being difficult, no problem at all, your money would do everything for you. However if you are not rich, God is your next of kin I tell you.

EFCC, please deal with this case. You are definitely touching something very fundamental in the judicial system. A system where the looters prefer to go to court instead of settling out of court should tell us something. In this case I am fully with the EFCC. Kudos to EFCC in this case.

Ricky Tarfa, you are on your own…. Ewolewoo!!
