Nigeria:Where thieves are expected to rule well

0 110

There is a new senator coming out of Abia state. He is just elected.. You know him very well. However, he’s been in court for stealing the state blind when he was the Governor between 1999-2007. At the last count we’re talking about 7 billion Naira..Yet he’s expected to be a saint by his people as he represents them again in the Senate chambers..Aren’t we super??

The soon to be Governor of Bauchi state has been in court for fraud. The citizens didn’t care and elected him.. He’s been found to be very shady when he was the minister in charge of FCT. Additionally his asset declaration has been seen to be suspicious. Right now, everything is being done to delay the case and to swear him in..This will give him immunity from prosecution. Yet his people expect him to be a saint as he rules. Who does that?? Wonders are happening here o!!

The Governor of Kogi state as we speak is presently cleaning up. He’s just in what I call “mopping up operations” of the treasury. Wetin concern am, na Naija we dey o!! They could still make him come back. Wacking no be problem here o but we want beta road and beta health care. How? I no Sabi o!!

The Amnesty Program set up by the Government to alleviate the sufferings of the Niger Delta is being mopped up by the same people that should administer it.. According to Sahara reporters, guys were about wiping 4.7 billion Naira(about $US130 million) out of the account until someone developed a bit of conscience. If not, money don waka o!! Mind you, na so moni dey always miss way o. Nor mind this one chance wahala.. You can see man inhumanity to man..

I know for a fact that not many organizations will employ anyone with fraud case in the court (or even accused of fraud). Why we don’t do that in our public or political institutions is still a mystery?

We want an alleged thief to rule our institutions yet we shout that things aren’t working. How would they?

It is either we want to grow a country or we just don’t.A country is not grown like this…

With my mouth in mum mode, I hope it remains peaceful and quiet around you..I hail o!! Ewolewoo!!
